With the continued expansion of the virtual assistant industry, it isn’t surprising that more and more VAs are thinking about expanding into “multi-VA” businesses, where they work with one or more subcontractors or associates to handle the volume of work.
Michelle Jamison has written a book called The Virtual Assistant’s Guide to the Multi-VA Business on how to do just that. Making the transition from doing a little work on the side to running a full time business with subcontractors, billing, time tracking can be daunting, and this book looks like a great way to get a head start on the process.
